How to Order

When will I  get my order?

Our goal is to ship out any order within 7 business days of receiving it. If for any reason we are not able to do that we will send you an email indicating when we can send it.  Exception: Allow 3 weeks for ceramic Flute or Drum orders.

How will I be billed?

We accept payment thru Visa, Mastercard, Discovery, and American Express. Your credit card will be billed to "Artisanco", Philmont NY on your credit card statement. We will not charge your credit card until the day we ship your order.

Is my credit card info safe?

Yes - the credit card info you provide on our Order Form is transmitted on an encrypted secure server line (SSL). While it is stored temporarily on our website it is also in encrypted form so no one without authorized access can read it. Never send credit card info over an ordinary email! - use our Order Form page.

Privacy Statement:

We do not sell or share any personal information you supply us with to any other party outside of Studio Artisanco and BasicShape.com.  Your personal info is used only to allow us to process your order with the best service we can provide.

Return Policy:

If for any reason you not satisfied with any item you purchase from our website, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days. You must return the item in its original packaging, insured for the price sold on our website. The cost of return shipping is your responsibility.
