Our checkbook covers are made in Woodstock, New York by a second generation leather worker who grew up there. The design can be called the leather of the American West
meets the psychedelic mandalas of the tie-dyed Gratefull Dead set. The result is a cool sophistication that is striking. All work is done by hand - cutting, stitching, embossing the designs, and dying. This hand tooled leather is
finished with incredibly brilliant dyes - at a distance the embossed design seems to float in front of the leather. Dimensions: 3 1/2" x 6 3/4" fits standard checkbooks bound either on top or left side. Inside double pocket.
